We attempted to rent an apartment via Agence Saulire in December 2020 and Easter 2021. Neither happened due to lockdowns and travel restrictions but they were very helpful sorting the refund. We finally got to go in December 2021. Everything was smooth - from finding our keys where we had been told they would be (we arrived very late,) to the useful package of loo roll and washing up liquid and cleaning products, to dealing with blocked drains (clearly they couldn't have anticipated this) in the apartment very promptly and professionally. We have an apartment in another ski resort and wish our agency were as professional and helpful as Agence Saulire. Highly recommended and if I were to return to Mottaret I would definitely rent from them again. I would recommend booking directly with them rather than through the Meribel central reservation bureau - if you need a refund for any reason it will be much simpler this way.
