Halfway between Courchevel and Méribel, La Tania is one of the six villages that make up Courchevel. Perfectly situated, this family-friendly resort is renowned as the ‘best-kept secret of the 3 Vallées’.
This title is justified by its ‘green resort’ status, its entirely pedestrianised village centre, its friendly atmosphere imbued with a mix of cultures, and its peaceful setting surrounded by lush forest.

This resort was established in 1990 in the run-up to the Albertville Olympic Games. La Tania was designed with a focus on harmony with the surrounding natural environment, and a large part of the spruce forest has been preserved.
The buildings were constructed in a traditional timber-framed architectural style, blending perfectly with the Alpine landscape and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

This achievement is largely down to Jacques Labro, a leading architect of the time.

In just a few minutes, you can reach the 3 Vallées ski area. You can also explore the various trails, go snowshoeing or ski touring. Furthermore, regular free shuttle buses provide easy access to the other villages in Courchevel.

Ski-in, ski-out access, in the heart of the 3 Vallées

Situated right on the slopes, the residence offers direct access to the Tania gondola lift, which was refurbished in the summer of 2026. After a day’s skiing, you can enjoy the friendly atmosphere of the village, its pedestrianised centre and the facilities at the residence.
