How can I get a valuation for my property from your estate agency?
For an accurate valuation, please get in touch with us. You can contact Manon SAVOYE by email: vente@agencesaulire.com or by telephone on 06 03 97 33 87.
It is best to arrange a viewing of your property. This allows us to see your property and get to know you.
We will then draw up a comprehensive valuation report, drawing as much as possible on our recent sales.
This service is provided free of charge by the agency.
What are the benefits of entrusting our property to Agence Saulire?
Agence Saulire is an independent estate agency that has been based in the Valley for over 40 years, offering its local expertise to help you with your property sale.
By entrusting your property to us, you’ll benefit from:
- a single point of contact throughout the sale;
- personalised support, from the valuation right through to signing at the solicitor’s office;
- an accurate valuation, with no commission charged when you appoint us;
- greater visibility thanks to our two branches, our excellent online presence, our virtual tours and our effective marketing tools;
- a highly responsive service to organise viewings, follow up with prospective buyers and minimise the time taken to sell.
Our priority is to build a relationship based on trust and to do everything possible to sell your property under the best possible conditions.
In which areas does Agence Saulire operate?
Our agencies are located in Méribel-Mottaret and Courchevel La Tania.
We focus primarily on these two areas.
We are also able to assist clients in the towns of Les Allues and Courchevel.
What types of agency agreements are available when putting a property up for sale?
Once the asking price has been set, the owner can choose between two types of mandate.
The exclusive mandate
You entrust the sale to a single agency, which will use all necessary means to showcase your property and maximise its sale. This type of mandate also helps to preserve the property’s value by avoiding excessive advertising across multiple platforms and agencies.
With Agence Saulire, mandatory surveys are covered, 3D visualisations can be produced if required, and you benefit from reduced fees.
The standard mandate
You entrust your property to several agencies. This solution offers wider exposure, but involves dealing with several different contacts, less consistent communication and higher fees.
What documents must the seller provide when putting a property up for sale?
To sell a flat in Méribel-Mottaret or Courchevel La Tania, we will need documents relating to the seller(s) and the property (title deed, information on the co-ownership, etc.).
A full list of the documents required will be provided to you when the property is put up for sale.
The mandatory technical surveys will also need to be carried out. These vary depending on the property’s characteristics and year of construction.
Which property surveys are compulsory when selling a property?
The main reports required when selling a property are:
- the Loi Carrez floor area certificate (for flats in a block of flats);
- the asbestos survey (depending on the year of construction);
- the Energy Performance Certificate (DPE);
- the electrical installation survey (if the installation is over 15 years old);
- the Risk and Pollution Report (ERP).
Depending on the characteristics of your property, other surveys may be required. We will help you determine which ones are necessary for your sale.
We cover the cost of these surveys as part of an exclusive agency agreement.
What are Agence Saulire’s fees?
We offer competitive sales commission rates.
