Méribel or Courchevel: how to choose?
The ski area is the same from both resorts.
Méribel-Mottaret wins out in terms of altitude, central location and entertainment, whilst Courchevel La Tania offers tranquillity, a village atmosphere and a wooded setting.
We manage both resorts: our advice is completely impartial!
How much does a week’s holiday with you in the 3 Vallées cost?
The price depends on the time of year, the size of the accommodation, the residence and its aspect.
Each listing shows its weekly price list: you’ll know the exact price for your dates before you book.
Can you ski the entire ski area from your two resorts?
Yes. Les 3 Vallées links Courchevel, Méribel, Les Menuires, Saint-Martin-de-Belleville, Val Thorens and Orelle, offering over 600 kilometres of slopes with a single ski pass.
From both Mottaret and La Tania, the entire ski area can be reached on skis in a single day.
How many accommodation options do you offer in total?
Over 230 flats and studios. Over 180 in Méribel-Mottaret and the Allues Valley, and over 40 in Courchevel La Tania.
All are managed by our agency year-round, rather than simply being listed.
What exactly does the advertised price include?
- The rent, service charges (heating, hot water, cold water, electricity, etc.) and bed linen and towels, subject to your booking terms.
- The tourist tax is not included: from €0.90 to €1.65 per night per person aged 18 or over.
- End-of-stay cleaning can be booked as an extra via your customer account. Without this service, you are responsible for cleaning the flat before departure.
When should you book?
Bookings for Christmas and February should be made several months in advance: these are the weeks that sell out first. Early December, January (excluding school holidays) and spring remain available later and offer the best rates.
For short breaks and weekends, it’s the other way round. We only make these available within the three weeks prior to arrival.
Do you offer summer rentals?
Yes. Whether it’s Méribel Mottaret or Courchevel La Tania, both can be visited outside the ski season for hiking, mountain biking, paragliding or simply to enjoy the cool mountain air.
