From La Tania, situated at 1,400 metres, just two ski lifts are needed to reach either Courchevel or Méribel. You can access the entire 3 Vallées from the residence.
This is what makes La Tania so special: the world’s largest ski area, accessible from a village where everything is within walking distance.
In summer, this pedestrian-only resort is surrounded by forests designated as natural areas of ecological interest. Awarded the ‘green resort’ label, La Tania Courchevel shares a vision of local, authentic tourism that respects the environment.

Our 44 properties are all located within a single residence, in the centre of the resort. The agency offers flats ranging from 25m² to 41m². The shuttle bus stop is 100 metres away.
These free shuttle buses serve Saint-Bon, Le Praz, Courchevel Village, Moriond and Courchevel 1850. The mini-market, bars, restaurants and sports shops are all within walking distance.
To reach the residences from the car park, take the public lift and then the wooden footbridge overlooking the slopes.
The apartments are equipped with a kitchenette, a ski locker and a flat-screen TV, as well as a balcony with garden furniture.

We offer apartments in the Le Grand Bois residence, ideally situated in the heart of the pedestrianised resort. All shops and amenities are within walking distance: a mini-market, bakery, ski hire, bars, restaurants, the ESF ski school and various shops. Our residences offer two-room and two-room-plus-loft apartments accommodating between 1 and 6 people.
Carefully furnished in a Savoyard chalet style, our accommodation has everything you need for a tailor-made skiing holiday.
Each available property has either a balcony or a terrace. The kitchen or kitchenette is fully equipped: oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, electric or ceramic hobs, extractor hood and crockery. The toilet is separate from the bathroom, which is fitted with either a shower or a bath. The living room includes at least one sofa and a flat-screen TV.
We can provide various baby care items on request, such as cots and high chairs for children in your accommodation. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information.
When to book, and at what price?
Christmas and February are the first to sell out, often several months in advance. Early December, January (excluding school holidays) and spring offer the best rates, in a much quieter resort.
The price shown includes the rent, service charges (heating, hot water, cold water, electricity, etc.) and linen, subject to your booking terms.
It does not include the tourist tax or the end-of-stay cleaning service. The latter can be added at any time via your customer portal; without it, you are responsible for cleaning the property before departure.
What about a weekend break? This is possible on request, but only at short notice, within three weeks of arrival.

How much does a week’s holiday let cost in Courchevel La Tania?
The time of year is the main factor: demand peaks at Christmas and in February, whilst early December, January (outside the school holidays) and spring offer much quieter slopes.
The accommodation’s capacity and aspect determine the rest. Each listing publishes its weekly price list, with no surprises at the time of booking.
Are your apartments really ‘ski-in, ski-out’?
Yes. The Le Grand Bois A and Le Grand Bois B residences are situated right on the edge of the ski area.
You can reach the slopes directly from the residence and return the same way. No shuttle bus, no lugging your kit around!
Can you get to Courchevel 1850 from La Tania without a car?
There are two ways. On skis, just two ski lifts are needed to cross over to the Courchevel ski area.
If you’re not skiing, the resort’s free shuttle buses serve Saint-Bon, Le Praz, Courchevel Village, Moriond and Courchevel 1850. The bus stop is 100 metres from the residences.
How many people can be accommodated?
Between 2 and 6 people, depending on the property. The most common layout is the two-room flat with a separate sleeping area, which is suitable for a family of 4 to 6 people thanks to the separate sleeping area.

What exactly does the advertised price include?
The rent, service charges (heating, hot water, cold water, electricity, etc.) as well as bed linen and towels, depending on your booking terms.
The tourist tax is not included: expect to pay between €0.90 and €1.65 per night per person aged 18 or over.
End-of-stay cleaning is available at an extra cost. If you do not book this service, you will be responsible for cleaning the flat before departure.
Can we book for a weekend or just a few days?
Only on a last-minute basis: we make short stays and weekend bookings available within three weeks of the arrival date.

Do we need to drive to La Tania?
You don’t have to. Moûtiers-Salins-Brides-les-Bains railway station connects to major French and European cities, and Altibus coaches take you up to the resort in about an hour.
We also organise taxi or minibus transfers from railway stations and airports, subject to a quote. Once you’re here, the free shuttle buses are more than enough to get around.
If you’re driving up, make sure you have the necessary equipment (snow chains, snow socks, etc.). Practise fitting them before you set off – it’s much easier than having to figure it out at the side of the road!
