KEY COLLECTION: WHAT TO EXPECT ON ARRIVAL : 

Once in Méribel-Mottaret, there’s just one step left before enjoying your holiday rental: collecting your keys! Here’s what you need to know :

1. Head to Agence Saulire to check in : 100 chemin des Bleuets, 73550 Méribel-Mottaret.

2. Key collection is available from 5:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, feel free to check in—we’ll contact you as soon as the apartment is ready. Please note: even if you arrive early in the resort, we cannot guarantee key handover before 5:00 PM.

3. While you wait, take a stroll around the resort! Explore the shops and restaurants in the Galerie Commerciale du Ruitor or start scouting the ski slopes. For easy navigation, download the Méribel-Mottaret map with residence locations.

4. For late arrivals (after 7:00 PM) or outside agency hours, your keys will be placed in a secure lockbox in front of the agency.  Please make sure to contact us in advance by phone or email to inform us of your late arrival.
